Hire Full Time Director of Religious Education

Expand Adult Education to include:

· Bible Study – Age specific, through parish clubs and organizations

· Basic Catholic Education, history and tenets

· Comprehensive religious education/formation

· Faith sharing

· Concrete action planning

· Emphasis on Catholic Social Teachings

· Small group studies with focus on specific activities

· Mentor programs for newly married, families in crisis

Offer music education

Improve nursery/pre-school program – Montessori Bible program

Elementary

· Build new elementary building

· Add Gym and Athletic facilities
