Welcome Statement

St. Casimir Parish is located Southeastern Ohio, in an old mining town that's close enough to the city to be able to "get what you need" and far enough away to offer the warmth and safety of small town living. We are a "small" parish in a "small" town of warm, friendly people. Our doors are always open to passers-by, to those who have come back to visit after many years away, and those who just wish to "come back home."

Dear Parishioners,

The Church calls us to be a "community of believers." Many times our schedules are such that we can only attend the same Mass and see the same people. New parishioners can move in and we might not have the opportunity to meet them. Our pictorial directory offers an opportunity to place names with faces, and we hope this project will be another way of strengthening the ties of community.

With your continued support and cooperation, St Casimir will continue to be a family of caring believers. Our history has been one of determination in the face of adversity. the economic challenge of the present will help us to handle difficulties of the future. Our faith and love of others can be the Hall Mark of Adena.
