Our Parish Council meets every two months, except in summer. Annual elections, open to all parishioners aged 18 and older, are held in the fall season. There are four standing committees, for Spiritual Life; Parish Life; Parish Life; Finance and Education. The Finance Committee deals also with matters concerning the maintenance of our parish buildings and grounds.

St. Joseph's Altar Society meets the first Tuesday of each month, in the school basement hall.

St. Joseph's Holy Name Society meets the first Wednesday of each month, in the church basement hall.

Members of the Bishop's Committee visit the mothers of newly baptized children, to bring them a blessing from our Bishop, and to help them with the religious formation of their children during the pre-school years.

Our Bereavement Committee seeks to help our parishioners at the time of a funeral of a loved one, by providing a lunch for those attend the funeral in our church. There is no charge for this, but a donation is welcome.
