St. Christopher Parish geographical boundaries are Joy Road on the north, Paul Street on the south, Greenfield Avenue on the east, and Southfield Freeway on the west. 

St. Christopher is located on the block formed by Tireman Road, Woodmont Avenue, Diversey Street and Asbury Park.

The Church faces Diversey Street, with parking lots at the corner of Diversey and Woodmont and at the Tireman Road end of the block.  On-street parking is permitted as well.
